🇱🇻 5. Un 6. nedēļa – “Nezāļu izravēšanas” nedēļa 🌱
Piektā nedēļa Southwestern Advantage programmā pagāja ar saukli “nezāļu izravēšanas nedēļa”.

Tas nenozīmē dārza darbus, bet gan darbu ar sevi – atbrīvoties no sliktiem ieradumiem, atrunām un visa, kas traucē sasniegt labākus rezultātus. Katrs centāmies atrast savu “nezāli”, kuru šonedēļ izravēt.

Protams, darbs turpinājās kā ierasts, bet atradām laiku arī nelielam izbraucienam.

Devāmies uz vēsturisko Jerome apkārtni, kur apmeklējām muzeju un uzzinājām vairāk par šīs vietas aizraujošo pagātni. 🤩

Pēc tam apskatījām iespaidīgas alas netālu no pilsētas. Bija interesanti redzēt, kā daba gadu tūkstošu laikā izveidojusi tik neparastas vietas.🌍

Šādi izbraucieni ir forša iespēja uz brīdi atslēgties no ikdienas, pavadīt laiku kopā ar pārējiem komandas biedriem un iepazīt Ameriku no cita skatu punkta. Pēc tam atgriezties darbā ir daudz vieglāk – ar svaigu galvu un jaunu motivāciju.💪🏼😃

Jau sešas nedēļas ir aiz muguras, un katra no tām ir iemācījusi ko jaunu.

Turpinām augt, mācīties un krāt pieredzi, kas noteikti noderēs arī pēc vasaras.😊

🇺🇸 Week 5 – “Pulling the Weeds” Week 🌱
Week five of the Southwestern Advantage program was all about “pulling the weeds.”

It wasn’t about gardening—it was about identifying the habits, excuses, and distractions that hold us back from becoming better. Everyone challenged themselves to find their own “weed” and work on removing it.🌱🌱

Besides our regular work, we also had the chance to enjoy a short trip together. We visited the historic area of Jerome, explored a local museum, and learned more about the town’s fascinating history.🤩🌍

After that, we stopped by some impressive rock caves near Jerome. It was amazing to see these natural formations and take in the beautiful scenery.😇

Trips like these are a great reminder that this summer is about much more than work.

They give us a chance to relax, spend time with other team members, and experience different parts of the United States. 😌

Coming back to work after a day like this feels much easier, with fresh energy and motivation.💪🏼😃

Six weeks are already behind us, and every week brings new lessons—not only about sales, but also about discipline, confidence, and personal growth.
