Laiks skrien ļoti ātri – aiz muguras jau trešā nedēļa, kopš esam Amerikā un piedalāmies Southwestern Advantage programmā. Pamazām viss kļūst ierastāks, un arvien vairāk izjūtam, ka esam pielāgojušies šim bookfield ritmam.
Katru dienu tiekamies ar daudzām ģimenēm, runājam ar cilvēkiem un iepazīstam pavisam citu kultūru. Katra diena ir citādāka – nekad nevar zināt, kādas sarunas vai cilvēki mūs sagaidīs. Tieši tas šo pieredzi padara tik interesantu.😇
Protams, darbs nav viegls. Ir dienas, kad viss izdodas lieliski, un ir arī tādas, kad jāiemācās pieņemt atteikumus un turpināt iesākto. Ar katru nedēļu kļūstam drošāki, uzlabojam savas komunikācijas prasmes un iemācāmies labāk plānot savu laiku. 💪🏼
Liela nozīme ir arī komandai. Katru svētdienu dalāmies pieredzē, atbalstām viens otru un kopā priecājamies par sasniegumiem. Šīs tikšanās vienmēr dod jaunu motivāciju nākamajām darba dienām.
Šonedēļ rakstam pievienoju arī dažas fotogrāfijas no mūsu ikdienas – gan no komandas tikšanās, gan no kopā pavadītiem brīžiem. Tās labi parāda, ka šī vasara nav tikai darbs, bet arī iespēja iepazīt jaunus cilvēkus, iegūt draugus un uzkrāt pieredzi, kas noteikti noderēs arī nākotnē.🤩💥
Priekšā vēl daudz nedēļu un jaunu izaicinājumu, bet pēc pirmajām trim nedēļām varam teikt, ka šī vasara jau tagad ir devusi ļoti daudz – gan profesionāli, gan personīgi. Ar nepacietību gaidām, ko nesīs nākamās nedēļas.🤓📚💪🏼

Time has flown by – we’re already in our third week here in America, taking part in the Southwestern Advantage program. Little by little, everything is becoming more familiar, and we’re feeling more and more adjusted to the Bookfield rhythm.
Every day we meet many families, talk to new people, and experience a completely different culture. Every day is different – you never know what conversations or people are waiting for you. That’s exactly what makes this experience so interesting.😇
Of course, the job isn’t easy. There are days when everything goes great, and there are also days when you have to accept rejection and keep knocking on doors. With every week, we become more confident, improve our communication skills, and learn to plan our time better. 💪🏻
Our team also plays a huge role. Every Sunday we share our experiences, support one another, and celebrate each other’s achievements. These meetings always give us fresh motivation for the week ahead.This week’s post also includes a few photos from our everyday life – both from team meetings and from the moments we spend together outside of work.
They show that this summer is not only about work, but also about meeting new people, making friends, and gaining experiences that will definitely be valuable in the future.🤩💥
