I personally overcame my fear of snakes and felt invincible, I understood that all limits we set for ourselves, fears, doubts it’s all in our heads. It’s all under our control. We are powerful. All we need is belief. Believe, trust and breathe, it will all work out.

FEELING POWERFUL! The biggest power is your mind, self belief. Just believe. We as a team believe in ourselves and one another. We feel better than ever, we set intentions we visualise, we believe and then we get it. We are service minded. It is so easy when you do not care about your feelings, but you focus on helping others. When you have good intentions you do not need to worry what others think. That is our power for this week.

Stay strong, stay humble, appreciate everything.

It is better to give than to receive.

This week we dedicated to moms, we laughed, we cried, we prayed, we sweated. We are so grateful, day by day we learn to appreciate everything around us, to become better, stronger, faster, tougher. An important lesson I learnt is the difference between an emotion driven person and a character driven person. At the end of the day all of us we have a choice, a choice to decide what person we want to become. Each day we have a choice. Let’s make good choices, let’s do first and feel good after, let’s believe first and achieve later, let’s put work in today, to harvest tomorrow.

Biggest appreciation to the community that we have here, we are not alone.

Week one, day one, just getting started.

Returning to basics is crucial. No matter how we grow, what we learn the most important thing is the process. Enjoying, having fun and staying present, overcoming obstacles, improving and staying true to ourselves.
This Sunday we saw the Gateway Arch, which is the tallest monument in America, it is symbolic for our team since for this upcoming week we are all putting our best out there and creating out biggest monument for our moms, because it is the Moms Week. We are ready to makes our moms proud. Thats why lets not daydream about the past, but lets get down to it, take action and live in the moment.
